1. LEGALLY BINDING TERMS

The provisions on these Terms and Conditions, or any other section of this platform are legally binding, and they contractually bind the Users to White Organics. By accessing this platform, you agree to these Terms, you agree you have read and understood these terms and our FAQs section, and agree you are legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms or any of our informative sections, do not buy our products. These provisions shall remain in force between the parties from the time you access our services and platform and will remain active even if you terminate your relationship with us.

2. REGISTRATION

To access this platform, you need to create an account and register as a user on our platform. You will be asked to provide personal information, if you do not provide accurate and real information, we will cancel your account. You commit that under no circumstances you will share your log-in credentials such as username or passwords.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and to abide by and comply with these Terms. By accessing our products, you are representing and warranting that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction as is required to access such products. You further represent that you are otherwise legally permitted to use our products in your jurisdiction. You further represent that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and acknowledge that we are not liable for your compliance or failure to comply with such laws.

4. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated & date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site, after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted. The information on the Site, and content are not intended for distribution to or used by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.

5. THE PLATFORM

White Organics offers day and night pads to support you throughout your cycle. Day pads are great for your daily activities, while night pads support your restful state. If you need more absorbency, you can use night pads during the day as well. Our products have a soft organic cotton top sheets, biodegradable layers of natural fluff pulp, and biodegradable packaging.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

1. The User shall not use our Services with a wrongful purpose or intent.

2. If our company suffers losses or damages due to the User's poorly prepared data, the User will need to compensate for such damages.

3. The User agrees to indemnify us, our employees, agents and third-party vendors, and to defend and hold each of them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney fees), or from any other loss or damage of whatever kind which may arise from the User’s unauthorized use of this platform.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This website is owned and operated by WHITE ORGANICS LLC. Unless otherwise noted, we own the copyright with respect to all content on the Website. Content includes text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software server information, and anything else hosted on this site. All rights to content, services and server information are reserved. Any modification made to the content of this site by a third party is a violation of our copyright. Additionally, our platform may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

The User shall not use the Service offered by us to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including any intellectual property rights in images, fonts and other files that may be uploaded by the User to the Site. Any infringement of this section will result in a court case against you, and you will be prosecuted according to the Federal Law No. (7) of 2002 of the UAE on Copyrights Infringement and related rights.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

9. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

The products offered on the site are subject to change without our prior notice and at our sole discretion. White Organics may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at any time. In the event, we are unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. White Organics shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

10. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our products will not be defective in accordance with this product’s industry standards. You may contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to address any issues you may have with our products.

11. TERMINATION; BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT

White Organics reserves the right to cease support and/or terminate business relations in instances of libel, defamation, abusive, profane, harassing or otherwise offensive language — whether in person, over the phone or by correspondence. Any rude, harsh, or explicit behavior of a client towards any White Organics Support member will lead to termination of services for the client or customer. Customers are expected to communicate to the support team in the best dignified manner and not use any form of inappropriate communication (including profanity). You agree that White Organics may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your account, your access to the Service and/or block your future access to the Service. By way of example, but not by way of limitation, we may terminate your account if we determine you have violated this Agreement or other agreements or guidelines that may be associated with your use of the Service. Please note that it is White Organics’ policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. If White Organics takes any legal action against you as a result of your break of this Agreement, White Organics will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorney fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to White Organics.
